• Images containing explicit or abusive content
• Images intended to reverse-engineer or misuse the App

5. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

• AI-generated designs are approximate visual representations, not guarantees.
• Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unrealistic.
• We do not guarantee aesthetic satisfaction or real-world feasibility.

You agree to independently verify all designs before making real-world changes or purchases.

6. Intellectual Property
All App content, branding, logos, AI workflows, and software (excluding User Content) are the property of Dewella AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the App without permission.

7. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)

• Some features may require payment or subscription.
• Prices are displayed clearly before purchase.
• Payments are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).

All purchases are subject to the platform’s refund policies.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with App functionality or security
• Attempt to extract or misuse AI models
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the service

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if:

• These Terms are violated
• The App is misused
